Since FullCourtBasketBall.com is an e-commerce website providing quality Basketball Videos and books in DVD and Digital Download format, we gather the following information from the user(s) purchasing our products.

c) Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, Name on the Card and the Billing address of the Credit Card Holder (If a credit card is used to make a purchase)

2. Sharing and Storing of Information:

Most of our content in Book and Video formats are suitable for all audiences but there are a couple of exceptions to this. Some videos might contain sexually explicit and/or offensive and adult language. This is the main reason why we ask age groups 18 years old and above to use our website, content and other information provided through fullcourtbasketball.com.

5. Shipping and Processing:
Internet Orders: We receive all orders through Internet Only. In some exceptional cases, we may receive orders via phone/fax or email. Orders received during regular business days and hours will be processed the same day and will be in mail the next business day. Orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Estimated Order Arrival Times:
US/ Canada: We use standard USPS 2-3 day First Class Priority Mail shipping once the order is processed by our office. Most of the times, the order will be received on the 4th day from the day of purchase on our site. However, we are NOT responsible for any delays and damages that might arise from delivery by Postal Service.
International Destinations: We use USPS Standard International Shipping for International Orders. Usually, it takes between 7-15 business days for the order to arrive.
Any Import Duties, Taxes or other fees imposed by the Country of Import are sole responsibility of the Buyer. We DO NOT include any Customs/Import duties in the cost of the order.

6. Order Cancellations, returns and refunds
All placed orders on our website are final. We will process the order according to the information provided by the user. If an order needs to be cancelled, please email us the order details at cancellations@fullcourtbasketball.com. If the order is already processed, we cannot cancel the order. However, if the buyer is not satisfied with the product, we offer a full 30 day refund service or the buyer can opt for exchange for any of our other products at not extra charge. Shipping for orders will not be refunded.

No refund or exchange is allowed if the product is tampered, damaged or misused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Fullcourtbasketball.com has the authority to deny any refund/exchange requests in case the user violates the terms above.
7. Risks, health and Physical Safety:
FullCourtBasketball.com is commited to provide very high quality Basketball Training Videos to Children of all ages. A lot of training in the videos involves physical activity that might not be suitable to all users. We are NOT responsible for injury, damage or death caused when users imitate and learn from our training videos.
Lot of our training videos might require high endurance, good cardiac health and overall health. We highly recommend you check with your doctor about risks involved in engaging yourself in intense physical activities like the ones you see or read in our content.
If you get injured or experience any unusual physical symptoms like fatigue during or after training, please consult your doctor. In case of emergency, please call 911.
8. Damaged / Lost Content
Fullcourtbasketball.com is not responsible for lost content. If the buyer feels the content is damaged or tampered, please send us an email with the order details to info@fullcourtbasketball.com. We will be delighted to send you another copy of the content for free of charge. Please remember that we do charge for shipping and handling.
We DO NOT replace or refund if the user physically damages the content.
