Yes, by mail or fax. The purchase order should include billing and shipping information, accounts payable fax number, phone number, purchase order number, item numbers, and an authorized signature.

We accept checks by mail only.

Standard Express: 3 – 8 day delivery – only limited tracking information will be available.

Expedited Express: 1 – 3 day delivery – tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Overnight Air Express delivery: Delivered next business day – tracking number will be sent to you by email. Next Day Orders must be placed by 3:00pm Central Time Next Day orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday. There is Saturday delivery to some areas for an extra charge. It’s best to call about next day delivery.

We ship by a combination of UPS or USPS for our Expedited Express and Standard Express. Overnight Air is delivered by UPS.

When shipping via Expedited Express or Overnight Air Express, it is necessary to provide a physical mailing address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes with either of these shipping methods.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (if the order is placed on a business day) and delivery time is determined by the shipping method you choose.

If you are paying by check or money order, we must have actual payment in our office before we can ship your order.

No, we require a hard copy of your purchase order before we can ship your items. But you can fax your purchase order to us at 515-232-3739.

After you place an order for a Digital DVD and complete the payments,you will be able to access the digital copy of the DVD under your Account’s Downloads page.

After logging into your Full Court Basketball account you can view them under Account > Downloads.

You will receive an email when your order is shipped and delivered to your mailbox.The email will also have a ‘live tracking link’ so that you would know the status when it’s in transit.
