- Internet Orders: We receive all product orders through our website only. Orders received during regular business days and hours will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Digital DVDs can be downloaded worldwide and are immediately available to the customer

- Estimated Order Arrival Times:
We use standard international shipping which is about 1-3 weeks once the order is processed by our office. However, delays can occur in transit or from holds at the local customs office. Because of this, it is possible to take up to 5 weeks for an international shipment to be delivered
